From the tasting room you will enjoy views of the vineyard and the beautiful Sussex Skylands.  The tasting room is open on Saturdays and Sundays from 12-6.  Tastings are done by flights with 4 samples of wines in each flight and priced at either $5 or $7.  Cava’s house chef is present to prepare you delicious, bistro style food from our menu of tapas, salads, pizzas and paninis.

The vineyard, cascading down a south-facing slope, enjoys limestone soils, typical of the American Viticultural Area (AVA) in which it is located – Warren Hills Appellation.

Using organic and sustainable practices, the vineyard is a safe haven for many migratory and resident birds, including American Kestrels and Eagles along its Delaware River banks. Sections of the 104 acres Farmland Preserved property are dedicated to “conservation strips” and natural woodlands where native species of New Jersey wildflowers and plants provide food and shelter for birds, red fox, deer and other local critters. You are always welcome to walk this “place of miracles” (Spanish translation of “Villa Milagro”) to explore and discover.
